I highly recommend EDC Gilbjerg and Madsen. They sold my house in a week, even with an outbid back in 2021, and now they have done it again. This time it took a good 10 days, but for the price, I can only be completely satisfied.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away from the cheater Claus. He constantly lies and tries to increase the price of a home. We were supposed to sign the home for an agreed price, where the buyer and seller had agreed on the price in advance and where the seller had written to Claus several times that if there was no better offer it would be sold to us. Since there was no better offer, but that there was simply no time to talk and on top of that it would take a week to get a purchase agreement because they were busy (yes, there was suddenly an open house day after day, to get the price raised). Enough about that, another potential buyer will then know what price we have agreed on for the home, so it ends up with a bidding war! Miserable and a piece of crap from this company. Stay far away if you don't want stress and a lot of disappointment!

I have received the best service from EDC Gilbjerg & Madsen and have used them several times as a seller. They are on the seller's side and I can definitely recommend using them.

Zero stars - if there were any!! And rightly so! Stop it, we have been treated like crap - very specifically by their broker Claus Boe Nielsen. His words should always be taken with a grain of salt plus the loose! We had looked at a house that we fell in love with. We were told from the start that it was a conditional deal, and there was a buyer 1 who had signed first. Fortunately, Claus could calmly answer that he also negotiated their property, and therefore he could almost guarantee that the house would be ours. He literally said that they had to win the Lotto for it to be possible. (Truly a salesman of format) Unfortunately, Claus is a very dishonest person and he just forgot to tell us when he actually managed to sell buyer 1's house - I don't think they won the Lotto. So now we are left without a house. We have been lied to so it goes, and EDC Gilberg & Madsen believes everything has been done according to the rules. The rules may have been followed, but they clearly don't know how to be polite. It's one thing that the house didn't become ours, but we can't believe we had to go and believe it until the last minute. Apparently they're just bandits in suits. I hope we never run into them again.

Very bad experience with them ! Unprofessional and arrogant, personally suggest to use anyone else instead.
