After having my house for sale for 6 months with another local broker, without mentioning their name, but they have the 3 letter, where there were only 2 to 3 showings and no sales, which they took good care of, we switched to Home the price was adjusted to the correct market price and the house was sold in 1 week, the entire process of selling and following up on the sale was top notch and can only be recommended.
We used Home Esbjerg's buyer's advice when, as brand new and green on the housing market, we felt we needed guidance in terms of settling into a good house. We experienced some challenges along the way, and when a transaction was cancelled because another brokerage chain in Esbjerg had a moral compass that pointed in a somewhat skewed direction, Home Esbjerg came to our aid once again, offering us a cheaper solution when we eventually wanted to find the right house. Fortunately, we succeeded a few months later, and we are now happy homeowners who are very much looking forward to moving. We would like to thank Home Esbjerg once again for its good and professional support. It has been a safe experience in every way possible for us, who were brand new to the housing market. Anders Høj Hansen in particular deserves a lot of praise from us! 5 stars - less is not enough! - THANK YOU!
Untrustworthy is the word I would use for Home Esbjerg In short: Tuesday: Good presentation of a bankrupt estate Sent bid with price and terms Wednesday: Our bid and terms approved by seller All information is sent to broker for preparation of purchase agreement Thursday: Preparation of purchase agreement Friday: Expected signing of purchase agreement at noon. Broker calls at 10 am and says that 2 new buyers have come forward. Seller and broker decide and inform that all 3 interested buyers will receive a bid, the highest bid wins and the deal is closed, the bid must be at the broker the same day no later than 1 pm. Monday: Nothing new. Tuesday: I get a call from the broker that we have won the bidding round and the house is ours. At 11 am, the purchase agreement is reviewed with the broker and signed by me. Wednesday: Contacts broker but nothing new. Thursday: Agent says they have had a showing of the house after I signed the purchase agreement and even though it has been 4-5 days since the bidding ended and the house has now been sold to another party. I think this is untrustworthy and really bad real estate brokering practices by Home Esbjerg
After 550 days with 2 other brokers, Michael Jensen from HOME managed the sale of our villa in 31 days 👍 We have been very satisfied with the entire process, there has been close follow-up and security all the way through. So of course we also ended up buying our next home from Michael. So the best recommendations from here. /Susanne & Thue
In connection with the house sale via Home Esbjerg, we have experienced an extremely active and professional real estate agent, with whom we have been very satisfied. They have been easy to get in touch with and communicate with. If we have not been able to reach them by phone, they have returned the same day. After showings, we have been called and have also received written feedback. We have been able to follow the process on the Home app. MIchael Jensen from Home has been good at orienting us and making suggestions for the process. We have felt that our house sale has been in very good hands.
