Mikkel Fisker was our lawyer and has been really good to us with his advice regarding our house before we bought. It is important that you know what you want, and how you want it. The lawyer's best advice comes afterwards. Remember you should know what you want, to get what are your aims. Don't expect that lawyer knows more, the way you want things to be, but they know more how to make it happen based on the rules and regulations.
Lousy company was left in the lurch. Was promised that they would take my case and then suddenly they wouldn't anyway when everything was ready and they had done all the processing. The reason was that they were busy, well then you don't take cases and say you will take it, then you let people find someone who actually does the work. By the way, they don't keep their promises. I got written prices for various things, and when the contract came, yes, the prices were not at all what was agreed and significantly higher + plus they wanted percentages of what would come out of it on top of the hourly wage. So greedy. I demanded to get the originally agreed terms and suddenly they said that they can't take my case anyway and are too busy. Outright lie, because even though I later returned again they said the same thing again, even though they took new cases, soooo strange. It's more like greed.
I have had a divorce case with lawyer Mikkel Fisker. Really really bad advice, just wants money. I have achieved nothing good with this company. My bill is currently 87000 DKK and I have achieved nothing.
