I was looking for electrical spare parts and, on the advice of another dealer, came to Olesen & Jensen. I was able to find the parts I needed there. I had searched unsuccessfully in the Esbjerg area and luckily found what I was looking for here. The dealer also spoke German and was very helpful. I can highly recommend the shop; they were very friendly and helpful.
I got a visit from a fitter the same day I contacted them. I was supposed to have changed the main switchboard + run power to the garage + a handful of small tasks - new lights, plugs, vents, etc. I never heard from the fitter again, despite promises to the contrary, as parts of the task were urgent. Maybe he just wanted to see if the task was "big" enough for Olesen & Jensen.
A WiFi module was installed for the heat pump; the price was supposed to be around €400. Then, a cap was broken during installation, and it took three months and constant reminders before the cover was replaced. After the replacement, they billed our holiday home rental company over €300. Total cost: €900. Never again – in my opinion, completely unprofessional! Stay away!

You have to look for a more unreliable company for a long time if you don't want to fall for bluffs and scams. Never buy alarms from this company. You think you're keeping the thief out, but with an alarm system from them, you're letting him in. The price per year is DKK 1808.91, but with failed communication with the alarm, where they can't explain the problem, you are billed DKK 1000.00 and this happens even after an agreement that it won't cost anything. Even after there has been no connection with the system and the security center, the company doesn't think it's their problem, but wow, when a technician has to solve the problem, you can't even tell the box is coded, they can figure out how to bill. So their annual price is probably OK, but after various invoices, incorrect and too high, the annual price will be about 3 to 4 times higher. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY:
