He was so nice and came quickly the first time we needed help with a dishwasher. This was 2/26 this year. He said he would order parts for the machine and would call when they would come and pick it up. But now it has been 2 months and we never heard from them. It seemed too bad and irresponsible and disrespectful to customers. It would have been better if he had said right away that he could not/or did not have time to help. Hi Henrik We agreed right away while you were with us that you would order the pump right away and would call when you were going to pick up the machine from the workshop. Also that payment for the first visit and repair would be made after the machine has been repaired. The next day we received a bill for the first visit which surprised me after we had agreed otherwise.
I have tried to contact them twice and no response so they don't get the assignments here unfortunately. They get 2 stars anyway. Called during business hours and tried email.
