We chose to book an on-site service visit to repair our espresso machine. All information about the model was described in the online booking. When booking, I also ticked that I would like to be called 30 minutes before arrival. When a friendly technician shows up, it turns out that he can't repair coffee machines at all, and that he will therefore have to take the machine with him. It is of course completely understandable that the coffee machine cannot be repaired on site, but I am surprised that they did not contact me in advance to tell me this. The service center has already invoiced me for DKK 995 for an on-site service visit. I am then later contacted that it will cost me DKK 2818 to have my coffee machine repaired. The repair itself is not that expensive, but they bill both the 995 for the on-site visit (which could have been avoided if they had contacted me and told me that on-site service on coffee machines is not possible at all in advance!), and the 600 DKK for diagnosis/troubleshooting when I brought it in. I think it is completely out of line that I should be billed for an on-site visit, which they already know in advance is completely unnecessary, as it is not possible at all. Their technician was with me for a maximum of 5 minutes. I have therefore ended up paying two bills today - both for the on-site visit and for the delivery - just to have the diagnosis that the solenoid valve on my machine needs to be replaced. Exactly the same diagnosis that we also mentioned to the on-site technician (who knew nothing about coffee machines, however). I will never use Servicecentralen SYD again. It is simply NOT okay. If I could give 0 stars, it would have been more appropriate. 0 stars for absoultely 0 service!

If you need to have your white goods repaired, stay away from Service Centralen Syd. They had to fix our dishwasher because it was leaking. It took them almost 2 months with several visits before it was finally fixed. After some time, we discovered, during cleaning, that they had made marks with the screws in the front panel. We then pointed this out, but were then accused of having adjusted the door ourselves and caused the damage.

Desværre en meget dårlig oplevelse. Vi havde et defekt fryseskab, som vi havde bestilt service til. Vi har besøg af en mand på vores adresse i få minutter, hvor vi blot bliver bedt om, at slukke og tænde for fryseskabet- og så er han ude af døren igen. Resultat: vi står stadigvæk med et defekt fryseskab og en "hilsen" fra Service Centralen Syd på 950 kroner? Firmaet er ikke til at tale fornuft med efterfølgende. Så jeg må desværre direkte fraråde folk at benytte sig er deres "service"

DO NOT hire this company! We took our espresso machine in for repair in December 2019 with the promise that it would be fixed within 4 weeks (depending on how quickly they could get parts). We never heard from the company again until I emailed in February asking for an update. We received a series of excuses (someone was sick so they couldn't fix it yet) and a promise of a quick fix and an update soon. That update never came. In March I emailed again, now the company used the Covid-19 crisis as a reason for not being able to fix it and blamed us as a customer for not understanding this. We are very understanding of this situation and have businesses that have been affected ourselves. However, this does not explain why they have held onto our machine for 5 months with no updates or repair. Now they are refusing to fix the machine because we complained. Terrible service and we will definitely never ever use this company again. We have now been missing our machine for 5 months and will receive it from them tomorrow without being repaired after asking several times. NEVER GO TO these guys for repairs!!!

Before you consider buying new white goods, I think you should keep in mind that (immediately) only Miele has its own repairers. The rest are carried out by technicians who do not necessarily know the product. I have had the pleasure of Service Centralen Syd 4 times, and am awaiting a 5th visit - and a visit from them means you have to be at home for several hours in between. First time: Visit by a technician who finds a fault. (He made it clear that he had never repaired such a machine before, so he should have one on the phone). Second visit: Repair of fault, but then another problem arises. Third visit: Visit by a technician who finds a fault (and says that it is typical consequential damage from the first repair). Fourth visit: Repair of damage - however, the technician does not have all the spare parts with him, so nothing has been repaired - this technician also knows nothing about this type of machine according to his own statement. I am now awaiting a fifth visit and hope and believe. It should be said that it is a washing/drying machine. Status - 4 visits by 4 different technicians and still can't dry my clothes.
