We are about to build a hall and in this connection Simon has helped us with some drawings and preparation of a building permit. Simon has been extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process, which has given us great security in an unknown process. Unfortunately, we do not recommend choosing Speakk as a partner. Before and during our meeting, we were promised precise sketches based on the original floor plan. The result was not in accordance with our clear desire to avoid facade changes. A window section is inappropriately placed past an I-beam, despite our warnings and information in the submitted drawing material and verbally at the meeting in the property. Furthermore, the resulting hand sketches show a wall that is disproportionately drawn over the middle of a window, as well as cabinets in the kitchen that cannot be there in depth without requiring significant facade changes. This result does not live up to the value we expected by hiring an architect, and we feel that our investment of 9,500 kr has not been adequately reflected. After a detailed email describing these points above and more, we were met with this response: “I’m a bit busy these days, but will try to answer your questions over the next week. I can’t guarantee that all questions will be 100% answered and every corner solved at this point in the process – after all, these are just the first sketches.”
