Farmer's trap. Do not use this unreliable company. Had a leaking faucet outside, which they came and put a plug on. It took about 4 minutes and without any tools. They said they would come back and fix the faucet itself, but they never came. A month later I had my son replace the faucet himself. Six months later a craftsman comes without an appointment to fix the faucet. He was told that we had fixed it ourselves, since they never called back. Then we receive a bill for 1800 kr!!!
Vi kan desværre ikke anbefalde Ole Nielsen til nogen. Vi har fået en uærlig og mangelfuld udførelse af de opgaver, vi har haft Ole Nielsen på. Dertil er vi blevet mødt af meget høje priser, som vi fandt ud af lå over dobbelt så højt som de efterfølgende tilbud vi fik ind. Selve arbejdet var gen montering af tomme radiatorer samt en quooker. Quookeren påstod de, at der manglede dele til, men det gjorde der ikke, da vi fik en anden VVS’er ud, som hurtigt fandt ud af at den var forkert monteret. De fem tomme radiatorer blev vi fakturer 6 timer for på trods af Ole Nielsen kun var på adressen i en time 2 mand. Da vi ville stoppe samarbejdet grundet de ekstreme priser og dårligt udførte arbejde, oplyste Ole Nielsen intet om at arbejdet ikke var færdigt. Dvs. Vi havde halv monterede radiatorer i vores hus uden vi vidste det!
Have used them several times. Unfortunately, they have forgotten our agreement twice. Once they changed the wrong pipe.. However, I experience a high level of professionalism and therefore 3 stars
Simple repair of my toilet resulted in water leaking into my basement. I only discovered it the next day and had to have a shift plumber come out to stop the leak. Ole Nielsen Plumbing v/Jacob Nielsen was not willing to subsequently pay my costs to have the pipe patched. Extremely poor service and incompetent plumbing work
