Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience with the handling of a complaint. An emergency repair was carried out on a leaking roof, but after just one month the roof was leaking again. When the water started to seep in again, I quickly decided to repair the leak myself to limit further water damage. I subsequently sent both pictures and a video, which in my opinion document that the work was not done satisfactorily. I subsequently invited Mads to come out and inspect the conditions himself and see what the problem was, -- but he had no interest in this. Instead of taking responsibility, the complaint was rejected on the grounds that I did not contact him before the repair. Mads subsequently regretted that a mistake had been made, but we do not agree whether it was simply a mistake or poor workmanship However, when a roof leaks again after just one month, in my opinion it is not just a minor mistake, but a sign of poor workmanship. Even though it was an emergency repair, the work should still be done in a professional manner. I had expected a more professional, responsible and solution-oriented handling of the matter.

In connection with the complete renovation of a cooperative housing, we had chosen master carpenter Mads Søgaard-Andersen as the main contractor. We have been extremely satisfied with this. The collaboration with painters, bricklayers, electricians, and plumbers has worked flawlessly. The schedule was adhered to, as was the budget, despite a few costly adjustments. All the craftsmen who participated were incredibly friendly, and the house was cleaned up nicely every evening. Can only be recommended. Yvonne and Finn

Had the timber company Søgaard-snedker come by today to put up acoustic panels and finish my kitchen. The result I see when I get home is a super good piece of carpentry work that I can highly recommend to others. If they are missing a piece of timber to finish a project, or if they have a project from scratch. They of course deserve five stars from here.

Søgaard Carpenter-Joiner was responsible for a thorough renovation of our bathroom. Mads Søgaard-Andersen managed the project well from start to finish and ensured coordination of all the professional groups, so that there was always a good flow in the work. The project was completed on time and under the estimated price. We are very happy with the result, the punctuality and the orderliness of the work.

In the fall of 2015, Mads was responsible for the renovation of our kitchen and utility room, and we had a new roof put on. The work was done beautifully and professionally, and lived up to our wishes and expectations. Since we were now faced with having to renovate our bathrooms and lay new flooring in the living room and kitchen, it was natural for us to choose Mads and his company to do this again. Once again, we have experienced a perfect process, good guidance and advice along the way, and a great end result.
