I called Hotpaper back on October 7th, where customer service created a quote request for Duca ventilation. I was told that I would be contacted afterwards. I tried calling a few weeks later to see when I would hear something. No concrete answer. They have never gotten back to me over two months later. This is bad and very surprising, as the reviews generally seem good. I just can't give more than 1 star from here based on my experience.
We live in a small apartment building in Rødovre, contacted Hotpaper for cavity wall insulation. Have received a fantastic treatment from our side very long and "slow" decision and far from offer to start. There was never any doubt that the company would help with good advice and information about insulation even before they knew if they got the job. While the work was going on and after completion they have proven to be extremely professional and lovely to talk to. The result is noticeable in the warmth in the apartment. So go safely to Hotpaper if you need insulation!!!

We have had our house cavity wall insulated by hotpaper, which was a super good experience. There has been really good communication and flexibility from Claus and the others. Very accommodating employees. I think maybe a little cleaning was missing afterwards, as it would have been a fantastic overall experience to come home to. We had paper wool EVERYWHERE and had to do a lot of cleaning :). These are small things, but I think you can use it in the future.
