I experienced good customer service and guidance. I had a project where I wanted to give new life to a set of bedside tables I had bought from a second-hand shop. So I ended up going to Flügger Farber in Odense to buy paint for this project. I have never tackled a project like this before and where I thought I would just need paint I received thorough guidance on what I would need and how I would get the best result in my project. I ended up coming home with not just paint but all the remedies I needed for my project. I would like to thank you very much for the fantastic customer service and great help I received from Olivor in the store. The pictures attached are before and after pictures of my little home amateur furniture restoration project. If I ever need paint I will definitely stop by here again. :D
Visited Flügger Blangstedgårdsvej Odense when I needed help with our DIY project with plaster ceilings, putty, felting and painting. Was greeted by really friendly and extremely professional service from Rikke. Got a lot of good tips on how to get the best result. Nice to come to a place with such competent employees.
Clean, big and organized store with the basics for home renovation. The guy helping us seemed serviceminded and helpful while we asked about ordering certain things. Plenty of parking space in the front.
Nice shop, but some of the employees are not very service-minded, especially the men. The young guy in the shop just stared when we asked for something and didn't offer any advice on the product. We asked him how much paint we needed for a cot and we ended up having to drive back twice because there wasn't enough.
