Really skilled salespeople, the product is not better than the price but that's how it should be. The reason for the 3 stars is due to what happens after the purchase, no matter what you contact them with, it is simply rejected with short and poor explanations: It should have been discovered before installation - (how when the door is first opened after it was installed?) It's because this door is produced in a different way than the others you have received, etc. etc. Zero service and lack of good customer-friendly explanation, Sparvindueer unfortunately lost an otherwise good customer who will never shop there himself or recommend others to do so in the future. 2 years of renovation and then you have to end up with terrible customer service from Sparvindueer, which we have otherwise been quite satisfied with in the past!

Virkelig dybt uprofessionelt, har prøvet dem flere gange og problemer hver gang. De leverer ikke, man hører ikke noget, elendig kundeservice, skriver de har 50 stk på lager men i virkeligheden intet på lager. Sidste gang jeg har handlet der.

Messy affair. Got NSF construction company out to measure up and it was agreed how it should be done. When the offer comes from Sparvinduer there are several errors and shortcomings, among other things they have made windows with openings that should not be able to be opened and they have forgotten other things on the order. It can't be right that when you get someone out to measure up, in this case NSF construction company which is recommended by Sparvinduer, that there are so many errors. It can't be the intention that the customer has to sit and check everything in every detail, when you just hire a company to do it for you. Can't recommend Sparvinduer, seems too messy and untrustworthy.
