I bought windows and doors for the whole house wood aluminum 3 years ago and was very satisfied. But then I called them about 1 month ago to get a price for an extra large living room window, the person I spoke to was very rude and hardly bothered to talk to me, was very customer friendly. Virkelig dybt uprofessionelt, har prøvet dem flere gange og problemer hver gang. De leverer ikke, man hører ikke noget, elendig kundeservice, skriver de har 50 stk på lager men i virkeligheden intet på lager. Sidste gang jeg har handlet der.
I am a carpenter and have had 2 customers who wanted spar windows because they had heard/read that they were good. I advised against it because I have had bad experiences with the company. The customers got their way, and it also turned out that the quality was poor. Every time a carpenter had to come out to fix the mistakes. These carpenters said that they were happy with spar windows because they had plenty to do.

Messy affair. Got NSF construction company out to measure up and it was agreed how it should be done. When the offer comes from Sparvinduer there are several errors and shortcomings, among other things they have made windows with openings that should not be able to be opened and they have forgotten other things on the order. It can't be right that when you get someone out to measure up, in this case NSF construction company which is recommended by Sparvinduer, that there are so many errors. It can't be the intention that the customer has to sit and check everything in every detail, when you just hire a company to do it for you. Can't recommend Sparvinduer, seems too messy and untrustworthy.
