Working with the landlord, so the tenant ends up having to pay for things that the landlord should have paid for, things that don't work in the apartment when you move in. That's my experience. Bill for a melted lamp socket, no electricity in the room because of this, and then I ended up with a bill of 1100 kroner, when they thought they had installed the lamp, even though the electrician did it himself for free. And no, it's not bad style on my part as they write, I'm just being completely honest about my situation.
I thought unreliable craftsmen were a thing of the past Obviously not Appointed a day for a visit, and asked if they would come morning, noon or evening. The day before they called and said it would be "depending on the day", and I therefore had to spend the whole day waiting for them. Since they didn't come at all, and didn't cancel, it was a wasted day. I can only recommend that you don't waste your time with unscrupulous craftsmen like Odense EL Aps
REVIEW 2 Now Odense El has been by again and I am therefore ready with even more praise: there was a misunderstanding about the price after the first job, and despite the fact that I bit it in my gut, the boss called me immediately after he heard about it and asked how we made me happy again. He ended up giving a very favorable price for the next job I had lined up and despite the waiting time on my part, there was a technician ready on day 1 when it was time to get started. Odense El has 100% proven that they prioritize satisfaction with even the small customers. The technician this time was different. He was, like the last one, incredibly nice and we felt safe having him on the job. He was good at asking about preferences before he started with the more permanent changes and he was always careful to close the front door so that the dog didn't run out, despite us not having to mention anything about it. All in all, another 10/10 REVIEW 1 First electrician I've hired and had a better experience than expected. The technician who answered the call understood exactly what I wanted done and was able to give me an approximate price right away. They remembered me when I called a few weeks later and wanted the project started. A few business days later, a very polite and competent technician came and did my installation efficiently and aesthetically, exactly as I wanted it.
