I have only had good experiences first with Jysk Køkken Lager and then Designa. I have had some problems with leaking soft closes, I had them replaced without any problems even though it was purchased at Jysk Køkken Lager, that's really good service.
Now we have been waiting for over 1.5 months for hallway cabinets, - first over 1 month and then the sides were damaged by the factory due to too tight a strap, - and now since mid-December and until January 12 (d.d.) we have heard nothing. No regrets or apologies, - but they wanted the money in mid-December. Horrible business ethics from Designa and that from someone who has been self-employed for 30 years and who could never offer this to his customers. So we will neither buy from there anymore nor recommend the company to friends and acquaintances. Beware!!!
