Very hard to reach. Have used him for the last 15 years. Subsequently major problems with the bill :-(
Burned by x 2. Once in the fall of 2023, thought they should have the chance again since they are local. Appointment between 8-10, no one shows up. Call them, they say they tried to call in advance but no one picked up the phone so they didn't show up(?????), which is a lie by the way because neither of the 2 numbers provided have received calls... now learn to say no to tasks if you have time to solve them..
Service-minded and top professional service. Got the lpse cylinder changed in 5 minutes and at a very favorable price. Have used Låseteknik on Dalumvej for the past 15 years, and I have become a loyal customer because service, punctuality, quality and price are all connected. Always a good experience, both in store and when calling.

Offered price approx. 700 DKK does not match invoice 863 DKK! Låseteknik A/S came to the residence and found the door was unlocked. They therefore charge more to drive out to a job than the price they had given us over the phone to solve a job. I will never recommend Låseteknik A/S to anyone or use the company again.
