I have never experienced such poor service and arrogance as in this bank. I will NEVER recommend Nykredit to anyone. I must honestly admit that I am speechless at the condescending treatment I have received in Nykredit.
I called and blocked my card due to abuse as the man has not ordered new cards as he was supposed to have called a few days later it was for something else as the man he said should I order new cards for you then I told him he hasn't done it yet but I can do that now so I said no problem just do it. A week later I called to ask about the card for both me and my son he asked me should I start ordering new cards for you and so on has called again almost after three weeks to ask Then the man asks a third time should I order cards for you after three weeks and the third person who asks should I order cards for you
I had an excellent experience at Nykredit. The customer service was great and they opened a new account for me in about 15 minutes. Highly recommended.
