0 stars from here... I would like to share my experience regarding our current banking advice, which has unfortunately developed in a negative direction. When our advisor started at the bank, we experienced a high level of service, where our needs were prioritized, and we received professional advice. Over time, however, and as her client portfolio has grown, we have noticed a significant change. Our inquiries no longer receive the same attention, and we have had difficulty contacting the advisor several times, even in urgent cases. Attempts to switch to another advisor have been rejected by our current advisor, despite the lack of communication and the inadequate level of service we now experience. After requesting a solution, I was encouraged by my advisor to contact the department manager with a view to being assigned a new advisor. Unfortunately, the dialogue with the department manager changed significantly when I mentioned that we were considering changing banks. This conversation developed into treatment that I must describe as both condescending and disrespectful. It is a deeply disappointing experience, especially considering that we as a family have been loyal customers of the bank for many years and have always complied with all agreements and payment obligations. My best advice is, stay far away from Sparekassen Kronjylland, Odense branch.
