Great service and products that actually work right away
Never came back with delivery, simply the worst service I have witnessed in Denmark . Now the company is acting smart and replying that we don’t deliver goods and we provide pest control services. Yes we know that, you were suppose to show up in our office and shop and deliver and install pest control service but you never did, when I called to complain some angry person picked the phone when I wrote in your chat in your website some even angrier person started to fight with me by her rude attitude that clearly wasn’t anger stable . So next time you think you wanna reply smart think twice.
I had issues of weird food flies and silverfish that had stormed my house. Thanks to Thomas and his team for their great treatment. I waved goodbye to them and now happy in my little space. The only issue was to pack and unpack the whole kitchen and wash all utensils post treatment, but that wasn’t their fault, just letting others be prepared to do these. Thanks once again, good work ! Just before Easter I had a visit from Marcus from Citytox, who sprayed against ants both outside and inside. Thanks for the coffee, I just say, for the first time in several years I have no ant problems. It has now been several weeks since he was here, and I have not seen the shadow of an ant to date. Thomas is the man who manages to give the crafts a good image. He is nice, professional and I can say for sure that he did not cheat us out of a penny. He came, he investigated thoroughly, explained and left, it was found that it would not have been fair for him to be paid to fight it. He explained how we should get rid of the problem quickly and safely for a small amount of some spray in STARK which was quite harmless. It seems to have worked perfectly now. As he himself said, I should be able to see myself in the mirror too! He didn't ask for anything, but he did give us a thank you gift anyway. It was well deserved. Great gift from here. Definitely recommended 😄
