They've got pretty much all that you need, but you have to pay a little extra for that
Beside a good variation of different house and garden project's, it also gives opportunity to rent a van with a fair price.
We bought a kitchen bench from them, it arrived scratched up and damaged around the sink space, when we called them for help they refused to help. Rightfully they should've replaced it, but they didn't, so ever since we refuse to even consider them as place to shop for anything. Revolting customer service, poor quality control, horrible experience.
My go to hardware store. You probably won't find a larger selection or stock in town. The prices match other hardware stores. If you are looking for brand name products you might occasionally come up short in Bauhaus as they tend to focuse heavily on their own brands - these products are however usually very reasonably priced. Bauhaus is also very popular so some patience might be required if you need assistance from the employees, however they always handles returns or complaints very well.
Plenty of choice for when you want to make your project happen or fix up your home, but there's a lack of support staff for when you need help. The staff seems mostly component enough when you do get to speak to them, but you might have to wait for more than 15-20 minutes before you can speak to them, and this is on a slow evening.. Labelling is also missing or incorrect in a lot of places which can make shopping much harder than it has to be. Plenty of parking space in front of the building.
