You are welcome to buy insurance from them, but you just must not use them… be careful! I have had If for many years. I would almost call myself a loyal customer, because I have received many insurance offers, but because of their extremely good customer service, I have always chosen to stay with If. But today things are changing. I need insurance for another car in the property. I need comprehensive insurance, but when the lady tells me that unfortunately she cannot offer me that, I can get liability insurance, because I have simply had too many claims within the last five years. I am completely shocked!! I have to ask her repeatedly; you tell me that because I have chosen in good faith to use my insurance with you and therefore get what I pay for, precisely that if an injury occurs, I am well covered! but by having used my insurance, I am now being punished, so I cannot take out comprehensive insurance anymore. Ergo if you use your insurance with IF, you can't take out more insurance or were you covered?!? What they say between the lines is, you can take out insurance with If, you just can't use them!!!! you simply can't cost them too much money! Goodbye and thank you to If after 15 years of good service. I've never heard such rudeness.

The worst experience ever. The rudest operator ever that didn't want to listen and he was very rude and laughing all the time we was speaking. The conversation is recorder anyway,so you can listen . I don' recomand!!! 😡
