Worst company for renting a place. They gave to a different flat our parking spot without telling us, creating problems within neighbors, the deposit was all take + they asked us to pay 12k on top of what we had already given. They tried to charge us 18k for “painting” the flat, we never changed the color of the walls and the flat was 60 sqm. Overall, bad attitude from the company, terrible service for internationals and they will scam you no matter how good you take care of the flat.
TO ALL INTERNATIONALS THINKING ON RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY: DON'T. YOU'LL BE SCAMMED. You'll NEVER SEE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, no matter how pristine you've left their rentals, even with pictures to prove it. The rentals are mostly old buildings renovated with minimal fixes (paint over everything old, etc) plus average appliances, cheap floor and furniture, to then overcharge you on rent. Isolation is a joke too, wind comes from windows, wc and doors. They'll do what they want and pretend not to know English while you're forced to sign and they won't ever give you translated papers or explain, even if they've promissed to do so. This is a very common not legal practise of theirs. Even their phone line is slow and if your number is saved, they'll avoid you for a bit, so you'll need to keep calling. At the start all seems fine, but after they start giving you dry replies and let the phone ring on work hours on purpose. *personal experience* Maybe it would make more sense to die on their apartments instead of moving out because they don't care or believe that you've been severly sick, they only care how to extort your money until the very end. Just cause? " What is that?" Can't work, no money and need to leave?" Pay me anyway" I'm sick. I don't know how I'll be able to pay what they're demanding because ever since I've left their rental I can't work... this is just ridiculous.... the bills were all paid before I left and you've even kept all the deposit. This is insane........ I'm sorry but, this needs to go public. If there are people who can help me out, let me know by replying here.
I would be so ashamed if I was an employee of this company full of liars and cheaters. I definitely wouldn't call the "deposit" a real deposit. It's more like a moving in fee because there is no chance of getting it back when you move out, no matter how well it's cleaned and painted. They are also really nasty liars, the floor was defective and had a hole and when I called them they told me that I did not have to pay for it when I moved out, but of course the guy who came for the inspection said he has the last word and he charged me 14000 kr over the 6000kr deposit for a total of 20 000 kr. He was also super rude towards me and refused to speak English even though he obviously could speak it. He did it purposely so I would be confused and wouldn't be able to discuss with him.
Do not call it a "deposit" payment, its an initial payment. They take all the money away, even if the apartment is in impeccable state, lived only a year and left off in a very clean condition, no scratches or marks.
Broke into the apartment that I rent with them with out my knowledge or consent and are now trying to charge me for it. Non reaponsive and generally incompetent.
