Has been idling in front of our properties for a long time now and has been saying he should turn off his engine, but he continues to spread his exhaust gas right into our houses and gardens. Incidentally, the idling law is Max 3 min in Odense.
They really care about you and your home. When something is wrong, they come out almost immediately. It's not just a quick fix, like I've experienced at other places and then you have to have it fixed again and again. The painting company T.S. Flodin came out today and even though the painter didn't take the time to fix an entire wall, because he was told it was a small tear, but then he discovers that it's wrong with the whole wall, he stays until it's okay. I'm so impressed. When we moved in, everything was just fine. I have only good things to say about them and can really recommend everyone to stay with them :)
Are you considering renting from the humlebo group? Short answer: Just leave it alone. Or read here to see why you shouldn't. Now 2 months have passed and my girlfriend and I are still missing our money, which they owe in relation to moving out. During "renovation" we were passing by when we were supposed to read the water meter and there we saw that the painter was walking around and smoking inside the rental while he was painting. It was a completely new apartment - I don't understand it. But I guess that's the standard at Humlebo. We had done a very thorough cleaning in connection with moving out. At the moving out inspection we asked Finn Tange, who is the Inspector, if we should pay for cleaning now that we had cleaned ourselves. Finn Tange replied that we shouldn't. When we then receive the statement, we see that several thousand kroner have been spent on cleaning. We ask to have this corrected, as that was not the agreement. Finn Tange says that he would return. It's now been 1 month and nothing has happened despite reminders. Their property administrator TRILLE ESBENSEN is very arrogant and hardly responds to our inquiries and when she does it is very briefly and without new information, despite the fact that we want an answer, but we never get one. Now we have to see if we ever get our money back... So as I said at the beginning: Don't rent from Humlebogruppen. Kind regards Emil Sejer
Fair and real landlord. Is a tenant with them for the second time, where both moving in and moving out have gone well. We have always been greeted with a smile. The apartments we have lived in/live in are newer and nice, with high quality materials. Prices are on the high end, but the quality is there.
Miserable apartments, with old and bad appliances and poor common facilities. When you call to ask a question and come up with new ideas for new initiatives and constructive criticism, you are met by condescending employees who talk to you as if you have done something wrong.
