We had Alexander out to assess our home. From the first moment we just felt so welcomed, plenty of time was taken for all the things we went through. Our wishes were heard and there were no stupid questions. We got the assessment right away and chose to go with them the next day. However, there have been a lot of people over there who have been a bit confusing, but that certainly doesn't mean I wouldn't choose them again, because everyone is SO nice and accommodating, always out with them.
