We have had the pleasure of using EDC Poul Erik Bech for the sale of our house, and the whole process has been a good experience. From start to finish, we have felt both seen and heard, and the dialogue with the brokers has been easy and ongoing. There has been good follow-up after each viewing. We can therefore highly recommend EDC Poul Erik Bech to others who are considering selling their home. We look forward to working with them again for our next home sale.

Scary experience with Lars Damsholdt Balle, who runs around and harasses working people because, in his opinion, they park their car incorrectly. Lars Damsholdt Balle harassed me and asked Wolt Market to provide GDPR-protected information in connection with my work assignment on site. I asked him for an explanation, to which he replied "you'll see" in a threatening and derogatory tone towards me. What an unpleasant and superior type to encounter.

Great at selling themselves, but inept when it comes to agreements and deliveries. Had actually had my apartment sold, the contract signed and the deposit paid. But because it was a business purchase (which the broker is of course well aware of) the sale is cancelled at the last second because the buyer is not approved as it is a business purchase. This means that sold or free has now resulted in an expense of over 10,000 kroner for various items including condition/energy reports that now cannot be used anyway. I agree, despite the unfortunate experience that we thought the apartment was sold and had actually found something else ourselves, that they can be allowed to have the apartment for sale if they get a handle on the bill to Botjek (who is their partner) until they sell the apartment. We will take care of that and continue the collaboration. Now half a year later, after a lack of response and delivery from Morten Nancke and his team, I have been sent to debt collection and the bailiff's court, despite having repeatedly spoken to René who was supposed to try to resolve this (since Morten has not answered back or picked up his phone). The latest news is that I now have the right to look for a new real estate agent and have to deal with the crap they have put me through at Botjek. So all in all, a horrible experience.
