Unfortunately, we have had a very disappointing experience with Home Odense N as buyers of a house. From start to finish, we felt like we were just another deal in the pipeline. There was a lack of follow-up on almost everything that was promised. Several questions that the broker promised to take to the seller were never followed up on, and we had to ask for answers ourselves. The experience did not get any better when we took over. It had been agreed that the seller would be present, but the broker showed up alone without any explanation or apology. At the same time, we experienced an irritated and almost insulted attitude when we wanted to inspect the house when we took over. Something that must be considered completely natural as a buyer. In general, the broker seemed angry, uncommitted and as if our questions were a nuisance. It created unnecessary stress and made us lose trust throughout the entire process. We understand that a real estate agent works for the seller, but you should still be able to expect general decency, good communication and professional treatment of the buyer. Unfortunately, we did not experience this at Home Odense N, and therefore we cannot recommend them.

I have sold 6 homes in 10 years in different cities - the most recent sale was a detached house in Næsby/Odense N at Home Odense Nord. The best brokerage experience in years. Professional, present, efficient and fast sale. Warmest recommendations from here.
