Anders Bromark from home Skibhusvej is one of the most pleasant and skilled brokers we have met. I have only met him as a buyer, but if I were to sell, I would not hesitate to contact him.
--Home skibhusvej Odense--- Really disappointed !!! We go out and look at a house. We make an offer. A little back and forth between me and the broker, then the broker comes up with a price that we approve and agree on. The broker says that he currently cannot make a purchase agreement because the condition report is too old, so we have to wait for them to make a new one, which takes 1-2 weeks. We are happy to wait. While we were waiting for the condition report, the broker gives us the impression that everything is in perfect order and we just have to look forward to our new house, so we cancel our apartment so that we can take over at the agreed time. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS: the broker we had an agreement with goes on vacation and Poul, who is the owner, calls the day before we are supposed to sign and says we have to make a new offer because they want more for the house. Surely something s*****rt!!! I have canceled my apartment, I say. Poul says: Yes, that's a shame, but we can't do anything about it. An agreement is an agreement, that's how I was raised, so I choose to end the conversation and go in vain. mega bad style. !!!!
