Very poor costumer service by the renting department! When moving to a new apartment, apartment measures (walls; windows; etc) are expeted to be provide in order new tenants arrange furniture that fits the space. What is my surprise when after a week of bagging for information, my request was never taken in consideration. LokalBolig Odense does not care about the new tenants needs, the only answer I got was "sadly we don't have time". If not full deposit was given, I would not work with a company that does not provide support to costumers. Do not recommend LokalBolig Odense rent department.
Very strange. Cannot understand the working hours of the agency - have to take time off to visit them. Also agents have smart phone but don't have WhatsApp and refusing to install it. I thought we are in the era of technology, but obviously not in Denmark.
Would definitely recommend LokalBolig Odense to others. They have proven that you can be a good broker/dealer and at the same time provide good service. They are always ready with a smile on their face, good advice and explanations for any questions. Our experience with the brokers is in relation to the sale of our townhouse.
