Virkelig dårlig service, jeg har stået som sælger af et hus, hvor køber har brugt dette firma som køberrådgiver, køberne af mit hus overtager nøglerne 1. Maj 2025, men først 17/07-2025 afsluttes papirarbejdet og vores restbeløb bliver frigivet, vi rykker rådgiver 4-5 gange i perioden uden respons! Synes det sindssygt det skal tage 2,5 mdr at få færdiggjort papir arbejdet, så vi kunne få frigivet vores penge!!
Errors upon errors upon errors. These include the calculation of owner expenses and property tax as well as the reimbursement statement (charged for change of ownership insurance that had not been taken out). But the worst thing was that the owner of the real estate agency, who had unsolicitedly assured us of his commitment and liaison function, never showed up after the agreement was signed and has not responded to criticism directed at him. Stay far away from this fraudulent company.
If you are interested in getting the best price for your house as a seller, you should not use this company. We tried to buy a house that Nybolig had for sale, and had made it clear that we were very interested and ready to negotiate. We bid and were told that the seller had accepted our bid. Then Nybolig decided to delay the execution of the purchase agreement for a week, and then out of the blue, the broker wrote a text message (didn't even bother to call) that the seller had sold to another party, without us as the buyer being given the opportunity to raise our bid (which we would have been very interested in if other bids had come in). So if you want a broker who is arrogant and does not communicate honestly with buyers but also does not look after your interests as a seller in getting the best price, then Nybolig is the right company!
I had a really nice experience with Oliver. Really smiling and outgoing, which I really appreciated! At the same time, he was accommodating to questions and demands:) Thus I ended up getting exactly the apartment I wanted..
