We bought a house Realmæglerne Odense. 1. Water samples from the well were missing despite promises from the broker. The water was not tested as he otherwise promised in writing. 2. The house is 20 m2 smaller than in the sales listing, as the seller had indicated a garage as a residence. The broker did not discover this or they concealed it. 3. There is a municipal low-lying project around and on the plot, which means that the plot will likely be flooded and the house will drop significantly in price or become unsellable. The seller was aware of this, but the broker never mentioned it to us. 4. Connection to public water supply is not possible under the terms mentioned by the broker. Additional price of DKK 200,000 as a result. Brokers in Denmark have a duty to investigate and provide information, but apparently not in Realmæglerne Odense. 5. After we hired a lawyer, they were offended and now refuse to answer our otherwise friendly emails asking for details about the case. Deeply unserious. Tip: Buy your house from another broker. Even if it is your dream house. The real estate agents in Odense are dishonest and dishonest. Buying a house through them is not cool.
