The purpose of this was to empty the estate of movable property and money so that it was insolvent before the deceased died, a really dirty story that also slipped right through. But a bill of 35,000 kr that was up and turning almost 50,000 kr. with a starting point of 25,000 kr. until the case was reported to the Bar Council, after which it was suddenly reduced.
