We have had our roof replaced and are now left with a super nice result. The roof project has been supported by good professional advice and really good dialogue throughout the entire process and not least a skilled team. We have had a new roof made by LB-Tag, which we did not know or had heard of before we contacted them. It has been a great experience from day 1 and we are very satisfied with the result. When we had craftsmen on our old house for a roofing project, it was about being ahead of the craftsmen and they were very little receptive to anything that could be errors and shortcomings. It has not been like that here at all, there has been good dialogue about everything about the project both with Lasse and the people Lasse has had on our project. Errors have been so few and small that it is not worth mentioning. The schedule has been kept, the partial payments sent as agreed, have been sent a folder with pictures of the project and a roof certificate. We give our highest and best recommendation of LB-Tag. Probably the most expensive single project for a house (laying a new roof) done very professionally and with utmost customer comfort. The project involved completely changing the existing roof (both sloped and flat) and replacing the entire 1st floor facade. As a native English speaker, my biggest comfort with the company was because of their proactive effort to making sure that we understood each other correctly. Whenever required, they were always available to talk to in person. The project started at the correct time. The project completed on time leaving aside delays due to the Corona situation. As a customer, the biggest peace of mind is if the cost of the project is reasonable, once the project has started there are no major changes in the agreed upon cost and the overall work being done professionally. Not just did they deliver on all these but the owner, the workers, they were also very nice, friendly and good to talk with. No matter how much one tries, misunderstandings are sometimes inevitable. What matters is how they are resolved. I have been fortunate that with this company, that too was resolved very smoothly. I would happily and confidently recommend LB-Tag.
