Very unsatisfactory performance at Rosengårdcentret on 30/05-25 I am deeply disappointed with the way the guards handled the traffic at the roundabout at Rosengårdcentret in Odense. It seemed clear that they only had control over directing traffic in one direction – and it created total chaos. Traffic came to a standstill, and a completely unnecessary bottleneck arose, which could have been avoided with better coordination and overview. Professional guards are expected to be able to handle basic traffic management – especially in an area with so much traffic. Here they clearly need to step up their game. It was neither safe, efficient nor particularly reassuring. I hope they follow up with better training and more competent management next time.
