We were very satisfied with the first task they solved for us, so we contacted them again when we needed help shortly after... this time we were very dissatisfied and ended up paying two salaries for one man's work (we had moved the ovens out and they thought it would take two men to put them back in, which would cost us an extra hourly wage) and ended up paying for new plugs even though it was the old ones (the ones we had just received) that were recycled.
Got a really good reception from them.
If they don't want an assignment, why don't they just say so instead of saying they're counting on an offer that never comes☹
