We have purchased a large sliding door set through Redtz Glas og Facade A/S and more than 1.5 years after moving in and taking over the house, they still have not wanted to make our set, which neither works nor closes well, and is clearly leaking. Neither Schuco nor Redtz take the matter seriously, even though it is clear that something is wrong. The sliding door works poorly, the doors are visibly crooked and it draws in from the sides - even with water when it rains and blows at the same time, so despite a premium price we absolutely cannot recommend either Schuco or Redtz.
I am very satisfied with the glasses I have received from REDTZ both times I have received glasses in special sizes and shapes without any problems, and at a good price. I can highly recommend them.. Allan Sørensen - Odense
