We have had Unika TS, Frederik for starters, with us from the very beginning, before we bought the house, where he helped us review the house and advise/assess the changes we wanted. The project included, among other things, tearing down a wall, removing a chimney, repairing the roof and ceiling, new floors, a new kitchen, etc. Frederik and Nick have been incredibly good at advising and guiding us along the way. They suggested practical solutions, guided us in what we could do ourselves, and how the work could be carried out, so that we could keep costs down without compromising on quality. Throughout the process, they have been structured, committed and extremely pleasant to work with. They have also coordinated other professional groups such as bricklayers and electricians in a really good way, and have followed up continuously so that everything was done properly, and we have been left with a good peace of mind. We are very satisfied with the result – both the craftsmanship and the overall process have worked really well. Unika TS delivers honest and solid craftsmanship, professional advice and a good service experience. If anything needs to be done on my next house, I will definitely use them again. 5/5 from here, highly recommended.

Top professional craftsmen, if you need advice on which product is best suited in terms of functionality, appearance and practicality, they are good at helping you find the right one. Agreements are kept and if there are delays in delivery, you are informed. Adjustments are made when it suits, as far as possible according to the buyer's calendar. The tasks are cleaned up nicely after the tasks. I can only give my warmest recommendations for this company. I have now had them on several projects. The first project was my roof that was leaking and at first we thought it was just a few sheets that needed to be replaced, but on closer inspection it ended up with almost all the sheets that were broken. They helped with pictures and a description for change of ownership insurance. They contacted the company that had made the sheets to see if they would cover it under warranty. They wouldn't, because I couldn't prove that it was an authorized carpenter who had installed it at the time, but I hadn't thought of that myself. I have also had a Velux skylight window replaced, a window section with a door in both the living room and bedroom, and a window in one bedroom. Super satisfied

Communication and agreements work perfectly – an agreement is an agreement, and they keep it! They respect the customer's time, show up as agreed and stick to the schedule.
