Vilde's behavior with customers is terrible! He yells! He screams at customers! I haven't received an answer to a single question. The TV was taken back under warranty a long time ago. I still can't figure out whether Vilde gave my TV for repair or not. He accused me of not including the receipt with the TV when I sent it in for repair. And the receipt is electronic, and Vilde has it in his computer! The timeframe is complete nonsense. "Within reason." How long is that? As of today, I've been in ignorance for four weeks! What a scam, not a store.
