I agree with what's been said here about the poor customer service at the Vilde store. While things are standard and the customer is just making a purchase, they're treated normally. But if something goes wrong...then it's complete unprofessionalism and rudeness. In our case, we were talking about the H12 Pro FlexReach. It's quite expensive (€279) for wet cleaning floors. And that's the catch: it cleans linoleum, tile, and wood perfectly, but not carpets. We specifically asked about carpets, and the saleswoman said yes, it does clean carpets too. Naturally, it didn't work at home. We read the user manual, which was in Polish and English—and this is in Estonia, where the official language is Estonian. In English, we read that the device is designed exclusively for hard floors. Unfortunately, we delivered the device after six weeks. We were hoping for the store's integrity. We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who said they don't accept returns on used devices, and that the saleswoman hadn't mentioned that this device was for carpets; they don't even have any such devices for sale. (It's interesting, you see, because they don't sell carpet cleaners at all, and it was sold as such.) The saleswoman couldn't have been mistaken. She'd been selling refrigerators for 30 years already. (Wow, that's certainly an argument if anyone was selling anything back in Soviet times.) When we asked him what to do now, thereby opening the door for him to accommodate us, the customers, he replied, "Wash the floors!" (Very witty, of course, I admit.) Dear fellow citizens, I strongly advise, if possible, to buy your devices from another store. This works out well if you've bought something and are lucky enough to find a competent employee who actually sold you what you asked for. For those who are forced to buy from this store, I'll share a few tips based on a conversation with the "sweetest" manager of the Vilde store. 1) Always ask for instructions in a language you understand. The store only provides them when you ask. I don't think Polish, as in our case, will be of much help. 2) Before purchasing, educate yourself about the device, at least in general terms. Otherwise, as in our case, you'll try it and, oops, it's already used, and the store won't accept used devices back. By comparison, in European countries, if you return an item within 14 days, even without stating a reason, you get a refund, regardless of whether it was used or not. I'm sure this is true in Estonia too. The manager is simply taking advantage of people's ignorance and making his store illegal. 3) Secretly record your conversations with the salespeople on your phone. This is completely insane, I know, but this is exactly the kind of proof the director of the Vilde store asked for. As you can see, we clearly weren't prepared enough :)))) I wish you good luck with your purchase at the store. You'll need it.
Vilde's behavior with customers is terrible! He yells! He screams at customers! I haven't received an answer to a single question. The TV was taken back under warranty a long time ago. I still can't figure out whether Vilde gave my TV for repair or not. He accused me of not including the receipt with the TV when I sent it in for repair. And the receipt is electronic, and Vilde has it in his computer! The timeframe is complete nonsense. "Within reason." How long is that? As of today, I've been in ignorance for four weeks! What a scam, not a store.
