Terrible service. The remote water meter readings didn't match the actual readings. I sent a photo of the meters, and Ms. Olga Zhigulina replied that the remote meter readings were correct and that AGR OÜ handled them. Are you serious? Olga Zhigulina, are you a psychic, claiming without checking that the remote readings are correct, while the ones in my apartment aren't? And why should I even know which company handles these meters? You charge for this, so figure it out. If you don't want to, or are too lazy, then... Don't charge for service! UPDATE: You've already paid me. I need to know, but I'm not sure I'm paying AGR OÜ, and I'm not sure I'm paying.
