However, you can't give the maximum, because at the moment the problem is that if the failure occurs on the weekend and the service cannot be used, it is of no use that the number works on a weekday. During the failure, it was also misleading that the automated text from the number says that the service provider is busy, not that it is not working. There should be an opportunity to report the failure somewhere, because in this case there is no opportunity at all and in reality you could end up waiting until Monday for something stupid! 2 months ago before editing: They take the server down on the weekend, customer service ignores it and the service cannot be used.

Fast, easy and secure
Extremely poor service! I previously had an installment plan for a stove. All payments were on time. The installment was repaid on time. Yesterday, they kept me waiting all day, demanding bank statements, pestering me with calls, and ultimately denied me an installment plan for a TV (with a monthly payment of 7 euros). I provided them with all the information, which took half a day. I called, and they couldn't even explain the reason for the refusal! The worst customer service and support I've ever encountered. I don't recommend anyone to use this company! I ended up buying a TV from another company, where everything went smoothly and without wasting my time!
