I have used the service before. Pleasant service and. good attitude, I recommend.
Excellent service—the problem was resolved quickly. I wish you continued success!
Unfortunately, things weren't so rosy in my case. Specifically, with a headphone repair (the left earphone stopped working), after charging me 15 euros for diagnostics, I was told the left speaker was faulty and was told to find/buy the required part myself on AliExpress. Thank you, of course, for such a generous offer. I'm a "techie repairman" myself, of course, and I understand the necessary electronics components. If I were, I certainly wouldn't have needed such a "highly skilled specialist."
Very poor customer service. They only want to get money, not solve the problem the customer is facing. They were rude and insulting without even trying to understand the issue. If a manager makes assumptions about the customer without even listening to the question, can you really call that polite service? If the customer asks for a report, not a repair, then they should simply inform them whether they do it or not. I asked a QUESTION: do they do a report for insurance on a laptop that burned out from voltage? That's it. They started pushing their services - "We can do it," etc. Are the number of customers really so bad that they have to force themselves on me? The laptop is 8 years old. I have insurance. What interest does the company have in restoring an old laptop that experienced computer technicians often recommend replacing? I didn't suggest doing anything illegal - draw up a report and state everything as is, including the cause of the breakdown. In response, I was told I was a fraudster and was demanding that they forge something. If the company doesn't forge anything, then how can they be forced to do something illegal? I don't recommend anyone use this service unless they want to be treated rudely and offensively. Unfair treatment doesn't happen in just one situation, so it can happen in other unusual situations as well. The representative's response below only reaffirmed my report of poor customer service. I didn't describe the company representative as "rude," or "rude," or anything like that. Could you please explain what you considered rude—"thank you, goodbye"? I think the language in both reviews speaks for itself. I want to warn the company that I have grounds to sue for defamation for such a false public insult.
I took my ASUS Transformer tablet in for repairs to replace the screen, dock, and operating system. The technician accepted it, ran diagnostics, and responded the same day. Two days later, the technician called me and told me my tablet was ready. When he picked up my tablet, he showed me a full photo/video report of the work he'd done. The screen was fixed, the dock was repaired, and the Android operating system was upgraded from 4.1.2 to 4.4.4. As a result, my tablet ran faster and its performance improved! Thank you so much, NEW LIFE ELECTRONIX OÜ! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!!
