The building has been very well restored. The Pioneer House was built in the 1950s. He didn't have time to become a Pioneer; he was only an Octobrist.
I highly recommend this place to everyone! The management is kind and polite, and it's cozy. Children love this place because they can study here. It has a festive atmosphere.
