I don't recommend post-fire cleaning services. Apparently, these people have absolutely no experience with this. "The soot removal job was done very poorly; if you don't know how, don't take it on." These are the words of an experienced repairman who works with insurance companies and has dealt with post-fire cleanup many times. The edges of the mirrors on the furniture were corroded by the chemicals. Of course, I've accepted work in such "Augean stables" (imagine the horror after a fire); you can't notice everything and you can't tell whether the soot will come off...for example, the grout on the ceramic tiles can be cleaned with steam, which the repairman also mentioned. Dusting, washing the floors, cleaning the refrigerator and plumbing—they're great, highly recommended, and get +1 star for that.

We quickly got an appointment by phone. At the scheduled time, the cleaner was on site within a minute. We were very satisfied with the result of the work. I recommend it.

The worst company I dealt with in this industry. Sent over the pictures of the apartment I needed to clean and waited a long time just to receive one sentence with an offered price of 200€, something quite different than what was advertised on the website. The representative did not bother to attach a list of services included and what comprises the offered price. When I asked how is the price determined, the representative was reluctant to elaborate. After I asked about a potential time to schedule the cleaning, they said it is not possible anymore without any further explanation nor offering me any other options ( choosing a different package, date, etc.) I found their communication quite ineffective, rude and simply unprofessional. So I don’t recommend to waste your time with this company.
