We've purchased two gas water heaters from Virgas OÜ, and both times they've malfunctioned within two years. Calling a technician to inspect them costs 50 euros. As the receptionist put it, "That's the law." This company left a bad taste in my mouth.

I called to request a repairman; one of the four burners on my gas stove wasn't working. Someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called the second number, and a male voice kindly answered, "We service boilers and water heaters, but you need to clean the stove yourself somehow." I asked who else could do this. They said, "I'm busy with the water heater right now." Please rate the level of service...🤬

Ранее всегда обращался за помощью и всегда был доволен, но так было до последнего обращения к фирме. В этот раз пришел мастер и по сути ничего не сделал, потому как он устранил следствие, а не причину. Причину пришлось исправлять самому, используя свой инструмент и подручные средства.

The boiler broke down during the heating season. The technician was able to figure out the problem in less than an hour after analyzing the situation. He explained and showed how and what was arranged and what to pay attention to in the future. There was no "Well, there's nothing you can do, buy a new one from us." A very polite person! I recommend everyone to contact him if you have problems/questions about gas boilers. Thank you!

Disgusting service! Disgusting counterfeit product! In two years of using a new boiler - it broke 5 times!!! Instead of the company apologizing, they told us that the boiler was probably defective and you need to buy a new one for €300 and thus refused to come to our home to fix it. My daughter is disabled from birth, it is impossible to wash her without hot water. It is also impossible to run with a kettle. You can only wash her standing under the shower! Disgusting service! People are rude and shameless!!! I will complain to all authorities to punish this company!
