The Control Lab team managed to remove a wasp nest from an apartment building. The nest was in a poor location, on the 3rd floor under the roof between the wind box and the apartment ceiling. The wasps dug their way through the plasterboard ceiling of the apartment into the room. The ceiling had to be cut open and the nest removed. From the first call, their talk was practical and helpful. They have professional knowledge and can do the job. (We also contacted other companies dealing with wasp control, instead of real help they offered sales talk and other unreasonable applications.)
