This is a place of power, a place where all the significant events in my life took place, from meeting people to love...

A place where an ordinary resident cannot come, or can, but must explain at the door why he came there.

Attention, wanted! A city hall employee has disappeared and is unavailable for contact. He isn't answering calls or responding to emails. It's impossible to contact the city hall security guard. If anyone knows where this employee is or what he does, please let me know. I've been looking for a month, calling and writing, but there's been no response. Does anyone know this top-secret employee and how to find him??????? Elena Mutonen

It's simply insane. They've gone crazy. They mow and mow...there's no grass. They could just dig up the lawns and be done with it. The dust is unbearable! The lawns are covered in sow thistle. The grass doesn't have time to recover. Children under 1.50 cm tall breathe in the dust! What health problems are we talking about? Idiocy! After the renovation, they didn't install speed bumps on Toome Point—they ran out of money! "We kept ramming them—like Sharikov in "Heart of a Dog." The speed limit is 30 km/h—rarely does a car adhere to that. It's dangerous for pedestrians, especially children. It's so noisy—ladies' cholesterol will be elevated...in case anyone doesn't know. The city government is completely incompetent!
