Worst customer experience ever! Not recommending to deal with this company. It hires unreliable brokers - which don’t take ownership of their commitments, and even company management does not take responsibility for it. Especially beware of broker Vallo Pank. Absolutely untrustworthy and unprofessional person. During more than half a year we had to chase him from one company to another, due to promised refund of 100 eur deposit - for garage that we ultimately never used. Broker kept inventing reasons why refund can't be processed immediately (even though money were paid to the account of company in which he is a board member) - and ultimately he became fully unresponsive. Arco Vara management was not responsive in emails, and not reachable by mobile phones advertised at their website. We were able to reach out only Administrative Manager on an office phone - who ultimately appeared to be “not authorized for discussing this matter” with us, however promised to provide a contact (that never happened either). We end up with reporting this case to law enforcement agencies.
