Service quality is certainly suffering. Staff need to learn more about politeness and customer service skills. Customers don't come to the store and ask the salesperson for advice out of boredom or a lack of time in the construction department. This is especially true for retired customers who aren't familiar with modern materials and are at a loss when choosing the right ones. At least delivery is fast and affordable.
