Cooperative brokers, they find a suitable tentant quickly. I have longterm cooperation with '' Kurg & Korsten Real Estate". I definitely recommend.

Set up a meeting with Bill and nobody ever showed up or even answered the call after we had been waiting for 30 minutes. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and common decency.

Do not do business with Kurg and Korsten! We had an appointment scheduled with Laur on Saturday morning. At that time, there was supposedly no interest in the apartment. We were interested and tried the entire Monday to get in touch via phone and WhatsApp/SMS. On Tuesday, we finally received a message that the apartment had already been rented out. Also, last Friday we viewed another apartment with Laur. We were told we had to decide quickly because there was another interested party. To my great surprise, he just sent that same apartment to us now as an available option. In short, it was a big lie.

Had some very nice viewings with a Kurg & Korsten real estate agent named Arman. He showed us around in different apartments that interest us and explained everythung honestly. Always in time, always answered our calls and letters fast. Thank you!

Kurg&Kosten was a real estate broker when we bought a "renovated" house in Tallinn. They declared, that there might be "some" problems in the house, for example squeaking floorboards, some unfinished details on facade and some other minor things. We accepted that. After handing over the house, it turned out, that there was nothing acceptable in the house. It took us months to fix the biggest problems, stressful legal dispute and still the house is far from what was advertised. Broker managed to put controversial sentences to selling contract, which we at first place did not find a big deal. Later it turned all the cards against us. Would not trust their contracts without a lawyer!
