I bought a phone and immediately returned it under warranty. After repair or exchange, they returned it with a weak battery. Perhaps they replaced it with an old one.
The agreed-upon repair timeframes are not being met. Instead of two weeks, it turned out to be over three weeks of waiting. After the repair, a problem developed with the charging port, although it had previously charged without issue. They won't accept complaints about the charging port, saying that this is what happened to you. I don't recommend it.
Kamill Pluss OÜ — they broke my iPhone, were rude, and blamed the customer. Before the repair, I clearly asked: "Check if the phone works." The technician assured me they would definitely check the device before replacing the glass. But they simply ignored the check—nothing was done. After the repair, the iPhone stopped working: no network, no SIM card, no internet. They said: "Try updating." We tried—no result. We returned, checked—the IMEI was missing in the settings, and the modem firmware was blank. The phone was bricked. After the phone was sent to Tallinn for inspection and returned a week later with the response: "It's your fault," the rudeness of the employees only escalated. Two employees continued to be rude, provoke, and behave extremely disrespectfully. When I reminded them that I had asked them to check the phone before the repair, they made excuses like, "The cameras didn't record it," and it's not their responsibility. Bottom line: your iPhone is dead, your money is lost, and you're being blamed, even being treated rudely. Kamill Pluss OÜ is extremely unprofessional and rude. If you don't want to end up without your phone and with lost money, avoid this company.
About 10 years ago, I took my phone there, and they never fixed it. They took the broken screen apart for parts, and it took about a month and a half. Then I went back to pick up what they'd at least done, and they told me the parts hadn't arrived and they couldn't do anything. They just pieced the screen back together, piece by piece, and it was just bending in some places and lifting in others. 🫣 In 2024, I decided to take my son's phone there. Surprisingly, they fixed everything—quickly, efficiently, and not too expensive.
In mid-summer, we bought a new Xiaomi phone, priced at almost 300 euros. Almost immediately, a problem developed: no data connection. During this time, we had it repaired twice, for a total of three months. They didn't fix the problem, saying they sent it to Germany and that the phone was fine. When I started using it, I couldn't make calls again, and there was no internet. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone; you can't get anything under warranty.
