We've used this company several times and have always been satisfied with the results. Last year, there was a slight delay in window delivery; previously, everything had been much faster. However, this didn't detract from the overall experience. In the future, if needed, we'll definitely contact Arutech Parimad Aknad, as we trust them.
I was pleasantly surprised by the communication, service, and installation. The manufacturing time was shorter than expected. The installer did an excellent job. Thank you!
1. They don't complete their work within the promised timeframe. 2. They might leave you for several days with unfinished window work because someone messed up. Everyone else will be to blame but them! 3. They are rude to clients if they notice any flaws in their work. 4. They blame the client for any mistakes and don't take responsibility for anything. 5. They take payment upfront and aren't responsible for quality. 6. They make you sign papers in Estonian, even though everyone speaks Russian. I don't recommend or recommend dealing with this company.
Worst experience ever!! Instead 4 weeks, it was taken 7! weeks to make windows, but finely arrives wrong size windows! Really bad company! Wish to rate that firm -1000! Never again!
